We have been satisfied partners with Edge Business Systems for more than 3 years. First, we leased our copiers from them. Then, we leased our desk printers from them. Just last year, we added a postage meter to our Edge relationship. Edge's professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness, and top-notch personal customer service are all reasons that we have continued to add more and more Edge products to our office. We rarely have issues with our Edge equipment, but when we do, they are quickly on site to resolve the problem. On top of that, every employee with whom we have come in contact (from salesperson to technician to billing agent) has consistently been very capable and friendly.

My law office has used printers from Edge Business Systems for 3 years, and we recently moved to a new office and renewed our contract. I am so impressed with their service. Not only the printers are great, but their team is also fantastic. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. I am especially impressed by the technician Tolea, who came to install the new printer. When he saw me trying to move the furniture by myself, Tolea offered to help me. Tolea also patiently configured the machine to fulfill all of my requests. This kind of service is too great to be true! I would like to give a big thumb up to Tolea and the Edge team!
We have been using Edge Business systems for several years now, and they have been a great partner to the business. Their response time to our service issues has really made a big difference in keeping us up and running. For us, response time is critical and Edge has done a great job.

Edge is an awesome company. I couldn't imagine life at work without you guys in it. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and the same for the front office staff. When I place service/maintenance calls, there is always a prompt response. When I say prompt, I mean prompt. They seem to really care about our business and that is rare nowadays. I get updates as to when a tech will be coming and most of the time a phone call from the actual tech. I don't know how they do it, but their formula for success is working. I will definitely recommend Edge to other companies! Keep doing what you do! You are appreciated!
Boyd was so patient with us while we made the decision to get rid of our old dinosaur machine and purchase a new copier/scanner/printer. He was extremely helpful every step of the way. And on install day, everyone was professional, helpful and went out of their way to get us set up to minimize any issues and make our transition smooth. Would HIGHLY recommend.
